Alister "Akhim" Sabazan

Alister "Akhim" Sabazan, age 59, of Hillsboro passed away March 20, 2019. Graveside services with military honors will be held 2:00 p.m. Friday, April 5, 2019 at the Dallas Ft. Worth National Cemetery. Circumstances will not allow the family to come to Hillsboro for the previously scheduled visitation. They wish to thank those who came by to pay their respects Thursday and for the thoughts and prayers of those in this community.

Alister, known as "Bull" to his family, was born January 6, 1960 in Marigot, St. John Parish, Grenada, the son of Willie Harris and Louise Elizabeth Sabazan. He served in the United States Army from 1989 to 1995, attaining the Rank of Specialist 3rd Class.

He is survived by his mother, Louise Elizabeth Sabazan Benjamin; his three children; sisters, Gillian Sabazan Lambert, Joy Sabazan, Barbara Sabazan and Shamien Sabazan; brother, Hollis Sabazan and Shorn Sabazan; many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
