Allan Kenneth Pat Pattison, Jr., 84, of Hillsboro died Wednesday, June 18, 2008, at his residence in Hillsboro. He was born December 21, 1923 in Jamestown, New York, where he grew up, the son of Allan Kenneth, Sr. and Lucille Best Baker Pattison. He joined the U. S. Army and then the U. S. Air Force, where he retired after 25 years. While in the military he married Marie Wilson on August 27, 1944. After his military retirement, he began working for the Capitol Police in Washington D.C. for 22 years. He was a member of the Federal Order of Police. Preceding him in death were his parents and one sister, Elaine Larson. Survivors include his wife, Marie Pattison of Hillsboro; children, Allan K. Pattison, III of Hillsboro, Cherryl E. Pattison of Hillsboro, Katherine L. Pattison of Waco, Frank W. Pattison and wife, Sandra, of Paso Robles, CA, and Deborah Shawn Hess and husband, Lee, of Hillsboro; and seven grandchildren, Christina Stevens and husband, Ben, R. C. Hawes, III, Elizabeth Hawes, Jennifer Hess, Victoria Pattison, Rebekah Pattison, and Allan Lyle Pattison. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the American Heart Association, P. O.
