Allen Douglas Ridings, age 65, of Whitney, Texas, passed away on March 17, 2023 at his home in Whitney, Texas. A Memorial Visitation will be held from 4:00 - 6:00 p.m., Wednesday, March 27, 2024 at Marshall and Marshall Funeral Directors in Whitney, Texas.

Allen Ridings, 65, of Whitney, Texas entered into rest on Sunday, March 17, 2024.

Allen was born on January 16, 1959 in Corpus Christi, Texas to his parents, Robert James Ridings and Lydia A. ( Baner) Ridings. He enjoyed fishing and talking to people in his community. Allen served his country in the Army and Army Reserves.

He is preceded in death by his father, Robert James Ridings; mother, Lydia A. (Baner) Ridings; and his older brother.

Allen is survived by his brothers, Rodney, Glenn, and Bobby; his sisters, Wanda and Tricia; his daughter, Mindy; twins, Kevin and Carrie; and two granddaughters, Abby and Serina.
