Beatrice Sheffler Box

Beatrice Gladys Steffler Box, 91 of Whitney passed away on Thursday August 6, 2015 at Lakeshore Village in Waco. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM Sunday August 9,2015 at White Bluff Chapel, officiating will be Rev. Terry Cosby. Interment will br held at 1:00 PM on Monday August 10, 2015 at Memorial Oaks Cemetery in Houston, Texas.

Beatrice was born on July 16, 1924 in San Antonio, Texas to Walter Charles and Sarah Henrietta Steffler. She graduated from Lamar High School in Houston and attended Rice University for a year.

Beatrice is survived by her son, Murff William Box II and wife, Julie; daughter, Candice Box Haverkorn and husband, David; grandchildren, Mark Edward Haverkorn and wife, Rashel, Megan Marie Haverkorn Metcalf and husband Kyle, and Emily Victoria Box; great-grandchildren, Bailey Mackenzie Box, Sofia Marie Ortiz, Caroline Elizabeth Haverkorn, Evelyn Claire Haverkorn, Abigail Ti Haverkorn, and Audrey Beatrice Haverkorn.
