Bertha Knutson

Bertha Knutson, 76, of Whitney passed away at her residence on September 17, 2008. Bertha was born on Feb. 12, 1932 in Hallock, Minn. She married Ernest Knutson and he preceded her in death in 1969. She loved being outdoors, camping, fishing, going to the beach and crocheting. She loved her family and the times they were together. She attended Open Range Cowboy Church. Also preceding her in death were her parents, 3 sons and 1 sister. Survivors include her children, Karen Whitman and husband, Jeff of Dewey, AZ. Kathy Copeland and husband, Don of Whitney, Clark Knutson and wife, Kim of Burleson, Robert Knutson and wife, Michelle of Mexia, Scott Knutson and wife, Gayle of Burleson and Jerry Knutson of Addison; 3 brothers, Nels, Johnny and wife, Lindy, Pete; 4 sisters, Catherine, Annie, Rose, Delores; 10 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, 1 great grandchild on the way and special friend, Joann Lee.
