Beryl Zachidny

Beryl Hanes Zachidny passed away on February 24, 2006 at Town Hall Estates in Whitney. She was the daughter of Mitchell and Laura Hanes Jackson. On February 14, 1942 she married Jerry Wayne Zachidny and he preceded her in death on September 12, 1987. She retired in 1980 from the State of Maryland where she had worked as an accountant. She had lived in Whitney for four years. Beryl had been a resident and in the loving and kind care of the staff at Town Hall Estates for over two years. Also preceding her in death were her parents, two brothers and sister. Survivors inlcude her children; Patti McGowan and husband, Rick of Whitney, Robert W. Zachidny and wife, Tricia of Indianapolis, IN., James W. Zachidny and wife, Debbie of Amarillo; 9 grandhcildren and 16 great grandchildren.
