Betty Baldwin-Franklin

Biography

Betty Jean (Franks) Baldwin-Franklin, passed away on Sunday, November 16, 2014, at a local nursing home. The family will hold a memorial service at 1:00 PM, Saturday, November 22, 2014, at God's Word of Life Church in Lakeside, Texas.

Betty was born in New Boston, on June 24, 1937, to John Melton and Georgia Pearl (Kingston) Franks. She lived in the Fort Worth area most of her life and worked as a bartender there.
On February 18, 2006, she married Billy Franklin in Azle and they moved to Whitney. She was of the Baptist faith.
She was preceded in death by her parents.

She is survived by her husband, Billy Franklin of Whitney; brothers, Doug Franks of Fort Worth and David Franks of Whitney; sister, Freddie Bradshaw of Midland; and several nieces and nephews.
