Betty Lou (Walker) Coffman

Betty Lou (Walker) Coffman, age 83, passed away on July 31, 2023, in Clifton, Texas.  Graveside services will be held at 9:00 a.m., Monday, August 7, 2023, at Prairie Grove "Greenie" Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m., Sunday, August 6, 2023, at Marshall and Marshall Funeral Directors in Whitney, Texas.

Betty was born on November 9, 1939, in Hillsboro, Texas, to her loving parents. She was born and raised in Hillsboro, where she met and married the love of her life, Jimmy Roy Coffman on October 19, 1954. Betty was a stay at home mother, raising their 6 beautiful children. She was an amazing cook and an avid reader, mainly studying and reading her bible, Betty was a very devoted and faithful woman of God; she loved being outdoors and gardening as well.

Betty is preceded in death by her loving husband, Jimmy Roy Coffman; parents; and brother, Harold Ray Walker.

Left behind to cherish Bettys' memory is her loving children, Jimmy Raymond Coffman and wife Alice, Steven Glenn Coffman, Lloyd Lee Coffman and wife Ruth, Allison Nanette Camacho and husband Mike, Tracy Laree Coffman, and Christopher Eric Coffman; sister, Wanda Roy; 13 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
