Betty Gault

Betty Louise Gault, 74, of Whitney passed away December 7, 2004 at her residence. Betty was the daughter of John and Grace Pennington Smith. She married Donald Kenneth Gault on May 11, 1946 in Fort Worth. She lived in Fort Worth most of her life and had lived in Whitney since 1985. She was a member of Fort Graham Baptist Church in Whitney. She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Donald Melvin Smith, John Horace Smith, Jr. and half-brother, George Smith. Survivors include her husband, Don of Whitney; children, Don Gault, Jr. and wife, Penny of Keller, Sharon Massey and husband, Bob of Fort Worth, Kathy Winbrow and husband, Gerald of Burleson, Debra Belvin and husband, J. B. of Whitney, Marion Frances Newton and husband, Allen of Whitney; half-brothers, Larry John Smith of Fort Worth, Charles Lynn Smith of Fort Worth; half-sister, Linda Carol Cooper of Azle; 9 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
