Billy Little

Billy Gene Little, 84, of Hillsboro passed away Thursday, March 26, 2015, at a Waco hospital. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, March 28, 2015, at Marshall & Marshall Funeral Directors Chapel in Hillsboro with Rev. Ken James officiating. Burial will follow at Ridge Park Cemetery in Hillsboro. Visitation will be from 6:00-8:00 Friday, March 27, 2015, at the funeral home.

Billy was born November 23, 1930 in Hill County, the son of Charles Thomas and Dovie (Barger) Little. Following his graduation from Hillsboro High School, he served his country in the United States Air Force. On August 19, 1955, he was united in marriage to Annette Rose. For 35 years, he worked as a field underwriter for Texas Farm Bureau. Billy was a deacon and faithful member of First Baptist Church in Hillsboro.

Preceding him in death were his parents; wife, Annette Little; four brothers, Barger Little, C. T. Little, Joe Little, and Leon Little; and one sister, Edith Gunn.

Survivors include two sons, Mike Little and wife, Ann, of Fort Lauderdale, FL and Mark Little and wife, Carol, of Sachse; four grandchildren, Ashley, Emily, Will, and James; and several nieces and nephews.
