Billy Popp

He was the son of Billy Adolph and Bernice Acton Popp. Rob graduated from Abbott High School in 1972, Southwest Texas State University in 1976 and from Texas State Technical Institute in the field of electronics. He was preceded in death by his father, Billy Adolph in 1977 and 3 uncles; Edmond Lee Popp, Eugene Popp, and John W. Acton. He was a member of the King Memorial United Methodist Church in Whitney. Rob was survived by loved-one, Jana Sumruld of Dallas; mother, Bernice M. Popp of Whitney; loving-sister, Mary Lou Lybrand and husband, Robert of Dallas; nephew, Nicholas Lybrand and several cousins.
