Billy Dean Watson

Billy Dean Watson, Sr. (Bubba) of Hubbard, Texas, passed away Sunday, September 4, 2022, at his home. Memorial service will be held at the Haralson Center on Friday from 2:00 - 3:00 pm in Hubbard, 207 NW 2nd Street. A meal will be served after the service for close friends and family.

Bubba was born in Hillsboro, Texas, on November 17, 1949, to the late Clyde and Sybil Watson of Hubbard. Bubba was a long-time resident of Hubbard. He spent his days hauling hay and ranching, when he was not working, he enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping and cooking barbeque. He also enjoyed being around his grandkids.

He was preceded in death by his parents and brother Clyde William Watson Jr, a son Timothy Dean Watson. Survivors include his sons, David Watson of Hillsboro, Billy Dean Watson, Jr. (Little Bubba) and wife Nicole of Hubbard; his daughter, Stacy Watson Langin and husband Buck of Hubbard; his sister, Nachelle Polansky and husband Raymond of West; his brother Wayne Watson and wife Susie of Williamston, South Carolina; his grandchildren, Courtney Watson, Cameron Watson, Payton Watson, Kolby Marcott, Kaytlyn Marcott, Cutter McClain, Presley Langin and Jennings Langin (Libby); and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
