Bonnie Mccreight

Bonnie McCreight, 84, passed away Tuesday, October 9, 2018, at Providence Health Care Center in Waco. A memorial graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, October 19, 2018, at Peoria Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Marshall & Marshall Funeral Directors in Hillsboro.

Born August 14, 1934, in Hillsboro, she was the daughter of Earl and Rosa (Brown) Parsons. She grew up in Hillsboro. On March 2, 1957, Bonnie was united in marriage to Lloyd McCreight. She worked in banking for many years, becoming vice president of Commonwealth Bank in Arlington and retired from that position.

Preceding her in death were her parents; sisters, Nona Villa and Nelda Gillaspie.

Survivors included her husband of 61 years, Lloyd McCreight; brother, Grant Parsons of Waco; and loving nieces and nephews.
