Brian Hilton

Brian Leslie Hilton, 93, of Itasca passed away Monday, July 21, 2008, of natural causes at his home surrounded by his family. Brian was born March 12, 1915 in Lovelace, Texas the son of John and Pearl Hamilton Hilton. He grew up and went to school in Mayfield and lived all of his life in Hill County, where he farmed and ranched beginning his farming using mules. Brian was a member of the First Baptist Church in Covington, where he loved serving as usher. On July 10, 1937 he married Loucille Jeffery. Preceding him in death were his parents; daughter, Shirley Jacobs; two brothers, his twin Bert Hilton and John Hilton; and two sisters, Louise Hight and Gladys Condreary. Survivors include his wife of 71 years, Loucille Hilton; daughter, Beverly Westbury and husband, Ronny; sister, Geneva Williams; six grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
