Charles Best

Charles was born July 19, 1956 in Fort Hood Texas. He was the son of James A. and Virginia Vansickle Best. He served his country during Viet Nam in the United States Air Force as a Staff Sargent. Charles traveled the country as an aerospace maintenance supervisor, and spent his spare time with his family and friends in Laguna Park, Texas. Survivors include: Parents: James a.
