Charles Dean

Charles Ray Dean, 72, of Aquilla died Monday, March 24, 2008, at Harris Methodist Hospital in Fort Worth. Charles was born November 15, 1935 in Chatt, Texas the of Samuel and Lydia McClure Dean. He lived in Hill County most of his life and graduated from Aquilla High School. After high school, he moved to Beaumont for 15 years. While there, he attended college and was in banking for several years. He later returned to Hill County and settled on the Dean home place in Aquilla where he raised cattle. Preceding him in death were his parents. Survivors incldue a brother, Joe Dean of New York, NY; numerous cousins; and a close friend, James Landrus of Hillsboro.
