Charles Edward Dillard

Charles Edward Dillard, 78, of Whitney, passed away on July 19, 2020.

Charles was born on August 17, 1941, in Maysville, Oklahoma, to Joe and Una (Turner) Dillard.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Joe Dillard.

Survivors include his wife, Peggi Dillard of Whitney; daughters, Molly Russell and husband, Bill of Maysville, OK, Cathy  Chrestman and husband, Michael of Norman, OK, Julie Blackwood of Paoli, OK, and Caroleen Stephen of Pauls Valley, OK; sons, Terry Dillard and Wife, Lisa of Pauls Valley,  OK,  Kevin Riley and wife, Eileen of Upper Black Eddy, PA, and Daniel Bennett and wife, Jennifer of Alder, MT; 9 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren; and a sister, Beverly McCaskill of Pauls Valley, OK.
