Charles Hillhouse

Charles R. Hillhouse, 76, of Whitney passed away on September 27, 2007 in Whitney. He was the son of Robert E. and Lorena Allumbaugh Hillhouse. Charles served his country for 11 years in the United States Army and the United States Air Force. He married Beckie Garrett. He loved racing and traveling. He was a truck driver for Yellow Freight and retired Dec. 31, 1994. Charles was a member of the Masonic Lodge in Lancaster and a teamster of Local 745. Survivors:wife, Beckie of Whitney; brother, Joe Hillhouse of Garland; adopted family, Jeff and Debbie Moore of Whitney; adopted grandchildren, Jeffrey Moore of Whitney, Emily Calvin of Whitney and Jenny Moore of Temple; a world of friends, George Clark and wife, Ann, John Hampton, Inhea Boyd, Jim Albiston, Jr. R. Rodriguez and very close friend as a boy growing up, George Iron Head England of Alto.
