Charlie Blasor

Charlie Blasor, 81, of Hillsboro died Thursday, October 25, 2007, at his residence. Charlie was born October 15, 1926 in Pittsburg, Kansas the son of Brannick and Elsie Crabtree Blasor. He grew up in Kansas. He first married Joan VanDewalker. He served his country in the United States Navy. After moving to Oregon, he worked in the lumber business. Later, he moved to California where he started working in the plastic pipe business. He then went to work in Phoenix, Arizona until the company was bought out. In 1965 he moved to Mineral Wells to work for the new ownership. In 1969 he married June Blasor. Preceding him in death were his parents and nine brothers and sisters. Survivors include his children, Scott Blasor and Tim Blasor of Mineral Wells, Kevin Blasor of Ranger, and Kim Blasor of Harvest, Alabama; and two grandchildren, T. J. Blasor of Mineral Wells and Evan Blasor of Dallas.
