Chris Stoehr

Chris Stoehr, 72, of Frost passed away Friday, May 18, 2018, at his residence. His family will host a memorial service in his honor at a later date.

Chris was born September 23, 1945 in Lincoln, NE to Allen and Dorothy (Gilliam) Stoehr. At the age of 5, he moved with his family to Dallas and later graduated from South Oak Cliff High School. On April 12, 1985, he was united in marriage to Teresa Thomas and they moved to Frost in 1989. For many years he was employed as a long haul truck driver and was a retired member of the Teamsters Union Local #745.

Preceding him in death were his parents and brother, James Stoehr.

Survivors include his wife, Teresa Stoehr of Frost; daughter, Christie Terry and husband, William, of Richardson; two brothers, David Stoehr and wife, Linda, of Granbury and Greg Stoehr of Frost; and three grandchildren, Taylor and Heather Savant, and Will Terry.
