Colleen Wilkins

Colleen Doak Wilkins, age 56, lived in Hillsboro, Texas and went on to the better place Saturday, july 9, 2005. Born February 6, 1949 in Dallas, she goes now to be with her mother, Jeannine Dollar. She is ssurvived by her father, J. Braxton Doak; husband, John Wilkins; a daughter, Denise Anne Presson and husband, Gaylon Presson, a daughter Kristi Lynn Anderson and husband Gary Anderson; stepson, Anthony Marshall Wilkins and wife Dina Wilkins, grandsons; Cody Presson and T.J. Wilkins, granddaughter; Jenna Anderson, brothers; Jack Doak and Steve Doak, and a truckload of nieced, nephews, cousins, friends and workmates who love her very much - and who could blame them? Colleen was a member of First Presbyterian Church in Hillsboro and sang in the choir. She worked for the Dallas County Sheriff's Dept. from 1969 thru 1981 and for attorney Lee Harris from 1995 to 2005.She was a member of the Waxahachie Community Theater Group for many years. Anyone who has ever come in contact with Colleen will remember her for her great laugh, her honest charm, and her truthful simplicity. If there was ever anyone for whom God opened his arms wide to welcome to heaven, it is Colleen. We celebrate her life on Earth and we rejoice in her new life with our Father. Funeral services will be held at First Presbyterian Church in Hillsboro at 10:00 AM Monday, July 11, 2005. In lieu of flowers, dontions may be made to the Susan G.
