Dale Wayne Reprogle, Jr. was a polite rebel. He had an opinion on everything, and if you did not agree with him, he would be happy to show you the way to see things his way. Dale?s heart and passions centered around mechanics, his drawings, and the rebel spirit. He had a passion for enjoying life and living in the moment. Family and friends will miss his charming and innocent smile. His smile showed all over his face. It was never a slight grin or a turning of the lips, but a complete expression that even you could see the smile in his eyes. Dale befriended everyone. He had a knack for reaching out to people wherever he went and found common ground to share in conversation?or rather debate. His dreams included either become a master mechanic or a counselor. He felt that it was extremely important for someone to be able to reach out to kids in trouble, and he felt that he could be that someone to make life better for these kids in crisis. He will be remembered always for his flashy smile, his blue eyes and quick witted sense of humor. The polite rebel...
