Della Lewis

She was the daughter of Leslie B. and Ida D. Napps Sherrill. Born in Hillsboro, she lived in the Hillsboro area most of her life. On April 3, 1948, she married Paul A. Lewis and he preceded her in death on Feb. 12, 2007. Louise was a member of the Walnut Street Baptist Church in Hillsboro and a past member of Mary Martha Circle at the church. She was also a member of the Hillsboro High School Ex-Students Association; and was an avid devotee of history. Louise took great pleasure and pride in her extensive doll collection. Also preceding her in death were her parents and sister, Patsy Glover in 1989. Survivors include her son; Randall Lewis and Constance Lewis, of Hillsboro 3 Sisters: Lillian Mayo of Hillsboro; Jamie Magee of Woodbury; and Dovie Degner of Arlington 2 Grandsons: Brian Lewis of Waco and Brandon Lewis and wife, Kelly, of Fairfield 3 Great-granddaughters: Jordan and Jadan Lewis of Hillsboro, and Paisley Lewis of Fairfield and several nieces and nephews.
