Destini was born July 10, 2002, in Cleburne to William Jon Ramsey and Jennifer (Davis) Sifford. Currently a freshman at Hillsboro High School, she was active in the band, playing the flute and percussion, and also participated in theater. A very artistic and creative teenager, she enjoyed painting, making bracelets, and reading. She was your typical sassy teenage girl, who loved hosting friends for sleepovers. Destini never had a problem finding someone to talk to, which made making friends easy for her.
She loved all types of animals, especially her pet guinea pig “Theodore.” An avid collector of stuffed animals, Destini always had to name each one of them. Her favorite colors were purple and pink and her favorite print was zebra. She loved singing and listening to music. Her song of promise was “There’s A Promise Coming Down That Dusty Road” and one of her favorite songs was Miranda Lambert’s “Little Red Wagon.” Destini was a member of House of Prayer in Newark, TX and an honorary member of the Hillsboro Department of Public Safety.
Preceding her in death were her maternal grandfather, Orville Wayne Davis; maternal great-grandmother, Jean Woods; maternal great-grandparents, Frank and Estille Davis; grandparents, Bill and Wilma Sifford; paternal great-grandparents, Bobby and Ruby Ramsey and Curtis and Maxine LeDoux; and paternal grandmother, Mary Elizabeth Edwards.
