Biography

Donald Ray “Pete” Webb, 84, passed away Monday, December 17, 2012, in Hillsboro. Private family services will be held at a later date.

Donald was born on November 20, 1928, in Collinsville, OK, to the late William Henry and Florence (Fowler) Webb. He married Lavona Sue Laster in Huntsville, AR, on February 4, 1951. He served his country in the US Army during the Korean War. Donald worked for Diamond Tool and Horseshoe before retiring to the Whitney area in 1996.

He was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers and one sister.

Survivors include his wife, Sue Webb of Whitney; children, Benjamin Calvin Webb and wife, Maribeth, of Flower Mound, Timothy Donald Webb and wife, Sue of Austin, and Jonathan Brent Webb and wife, Dianne of Carrollton; one sister, Udilla “Dutch” Keith of Collinsville OK; grandchildren, Krista, Trevor, Ellen and Emily.
