Donna Rice

Donna M. Rice, 81, of Carl’s Corner passed away Tuesday, October 21, 2014, at Providence Health Care Center in Waco. The family will host a memorial service at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, October 30, 2014, at Lakenon Baptist Church near Hillsboro with Rev. Stephen Burnett officiating.

Donna was born August 28, 1933 in Vernon. She grew up in Dallas. For a number of years, she worked for American Airlines. Following her retirement, she moved to Milford where she had lived for the past 15 years. Donna loved to watch the Dallas Cowboys. Preceding her in death were two sons, Donnie Olson and Calvin Olson; and a daughter-in-law, Edith Olson.

Survivors include three sons, Royce D. Olson and wife, Elizabeth, Stephen L. Olson, and Ricky Lynn Olson, all of Carl’s Corner; brother, Billy Davis; six grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
