Donnie was born December 25, 1964 in Santa Maria, CA to Bill and Ronnee Wooten Neagle. Moving to Hillsboro when he was 8, he attended Hillsboro schools and graduated from Bynum High School. After high school he started working in construction surveying. In 1998 he received his state surveying certification and opened his own company at that time. He had resided in Terrell since 1993. An avid golfer, he also played in a 35 and older basketball league in Terrell. He passionately enjoyed riding his Harley. Donnie gave the gift of life to others by being an organ donor. Preceding him in death were his grandfather, Lonnie Wooten, Jr. and a brother, Ricky Lynn Neagle on August 20, 1976. He was a member of First Baptist Church in Hillsboro, Terrell Chamber of Commerce, Equispirit in Terrell, and Terrell Motorcycle Club. Survivors include his wife, Teri Neagle of Terrell; mother, Ronnee Neagle of Hillsboro; father, Bill Neagle of Fort Worth; grandmother, Mozelle Wooten of Hillsboro; daughter, Karri Neagle of Red Oak; two step-children, Kris Humphreys of Terrell and April Humphreys of Terrell; brother, Andy Jackson of Ennis; three sisters, Sheila Beims of Bynum, Paulette Meaney of Waxahachie, and Jana Alexander of Waxahachie; and numerous nieces and nephews including Josh Beims of Bynum.
