Douglas Davidson

Douglas was the son of Rex Temple and Ruby Lee Allen Davidson. On February 17, 1961 he married Lenda Landtroop. For 32 years, he was an over the road truck driver for FFE, CalArk, and TAPS. He received numerous awards for safe driving. Douglas was a great father, husband, and friend who was dedicated to his work. Preceding him in death were his parents; a daughter, Marita Kay Davidson; and two sisters, Wanda Jeane Hicks and Nelda Faye Dool. Survivors include: three children; Linda Denise Marsden of Colbert, OK, Steven Douglas Davison of Statesville, NC, and Charles Edward Davidson of Statesville, NC; one brother, Kenneth Loyd Davidson and wife, Jeannette, of Hewitt; six grandchildren, Amerie, Christopher, Kearisha, Amanda, Corey, and Lori; and numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends.
