Doyce Nathaniel Sanders, 90, of Fort Worth died Friday, April 9, 2010, at Jacksboro Healthcare Center in Jacksboro, TX. Doyce was born October 25, 1919 in Aquilla, TX son of the late Lee Harrison and Mary Cummings Sanders. He lived in the Hillsboro, Fort Worth, and Dallas areas most of his life. During WWII, he served his country in the United States Navy. In 1982 he retired from General Dynamcis as an aircraft finisher. An avid fisherman, Doyce lived in Arkansas the past 9 years with his daughter and moved to Jacksboro in June of 2009. Also preceding him in death were his sons, Thomas Dale Sanders, Virgil Lee Sanders, and Roland Nathan Sanders; two brothers, Harold and George Sanders; infant sister, Imogene Sanders; and three sisters, Frances Timmons, Edna Young, and Gracie Reinert. Survivors include his children, Virginia Baker and husband, Jerry, of Cabot, Arkansas, Linda Morin of Biddeford, Maine, and Darrel Johnson of Killeen; brother, Charlie Sanders of Jacksboro; sister, Bessie Allen of Lakeside Village; 13 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren.
