Doyle Wayne Atchley passed away at his home on October 7, 2005. Doyle was the son of J.S. and Annie Atchley. He played guitar and loved having picking sessions with his friends. He loved country and gospel music and had the honor to sit and play with favorites like Lefty Frizzell and Marty Robbins. Doyle was a master at carpentry, building homes, furniture and woodcrafts. Doyle traveled world wide with Beckle Refinery of Oklahoma as a welder, pipefitter and foreman. He was a resident of Morgan since 1995 and served on the Cedar Shores Community Center committee until his health worsened. Doyle was saved many years ago in Las Cruces, New Mexico and was of the Baptist faith. He was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters, and a son, Jimmy. Survivors include his loving caregiver of ten years, Ann Jones of Morgan; three sons, Leon Atchley and wife Betty of Lewisville, Larry Bussanmas and wife Eileen of Clovis, New Mexico, Walter Atchley of Texas; four daughters, Misty Atchley of Broken Bow, Oklahoma, Sara Birk and husband Jim of Peoria, Illinois, Anna Garza of Corpus Christi, Debbie Williams of Iredell, Texas; thirteen grandchildren, including Ma Cee Atchley; cousin, Tom Atchley and wife Norma of Cove Arkansas; and niece, Teresa
