Edith Campbell

Edith Campbell, 88, of Laguna Park passed away on July 15, 2009. Edith was born on Dec. 23, 1920 in Coryell County, the daughter of the late Joseph Eligah and Dolly Love Braziel. She married Arthur R. Campbell on Dec. 12, 1957 and he preceded her in death on July 19, 1989. Edith was a faithful member of Lake Whitney Baptist Church and loved it very much. She enjoyed baking for family, friends, church members and the community. She also enjoyed working in and taking care of her yard and talking on the phone and answering the many calls she got from her many friends on a daily basis. She was also preceded in death by her three sisters and one brother. Survivors include her daughters, Nancy Morrow and husband Larry of Laguna Park, Dorothy Berry and husband Ray of Bakersfield, CA; sister, Ruby Gilchrest of Gatesville; 2 grandchildren, Eric Morrow and wife Carrie of Brownwood, Lisa Scott and husband, Randy of Laguna Park; 7 great grandchildren, Vincent and Alexander Morrow of Brownwood, Kimberly, Kevin and Kyle Eicholt of Laguna Park, Ryan and Luke Scott of Laguna Park.
