Edith Seale

Edith W. Granny Seale, 73, of Whitney passed away on September 4, 2008 at her residence. She was born on May 11, 1935 in Aquilla, the daughter of the late Russell E. and Stella Mae Clark Tyra. She lived in Hill County most of her life. On March 25, 1955 she married Wilson Buck Seale, and he preceded her in death on August 14, 1987. She was baptized as one of Jehovah's Witnesses on October 3, 1959 and was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in Whitney. Everyone referred to her as Granny. She was a beloved mother and grandmother. Survivors: children, Lanny R. Seale of St. Petersburg, FL., Larry J. Seale of Clifton, Wesley D. Seale and wife, Darla A. of Whitney; sister, Mary D. Aulds and husband of Greensburg, LA.; great aunt, Iona Jumper; niece, Virginia Luper, husband and children; nephew, Ricky Aulds, wife and children all of Greensburg, LA.; grandchildren, Kassandra Neuman and husband, Jonathan of Whitney, Layla Seale of Washington, DC., Anglea Seale of Whitney, Savannah Josephus and husband, Erick of Limon, CO., Petty Officer 3rd class Landon Seale of St. Petersburg, FL., Shawn Seale of Whitney, Madison Seale of St. Petersburg , FL., and great grandson Ethan Neuman of Whitney.
