Edna Brown

Edna Brown, 74 of Rio Vista passed away on May 21, 2010 in Whitney. She was the of Sammy Cecil and Emma Gay Hill Latimer. Edna married Jerry Brown on June 19, 1967 in Dallas. She was a bookkeeper for the National Motor Club for 30+ years. She was an avid knitter and loved playing bingo and going to the casinos and gambling. She was of the Baptist faith. Edna was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers Sammy Cecil Steve Latimer and David Latimer. Survivors include her husband, Jerry Brown of Rio Vista; children: Sheri Latimer and husband, Dale of Rio Vista, Mike Mullins and wife, Bethany of Duncanville, Patti Sullivan of Rio Vista, John Mullins and wife, Renea of Whitney, Mike Brown of Waxahachie, Jesse Brown and wife, Janet of Rio Vista, and Terri Meadows and husband, Wylie of Covington. Brothers: Wendell, Allen, Phillip and Alvin. Sisters: Nell, Anne, Jane and Phyllis and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
