Elinor Miller

Elinor Ann Moore Miller, 70, of Burleson, TX, died April 23, 2006, after a prolonged struggle with the after-effects of a car accident. She was previously a resident of Bedford, TX. for over 35 years. Born in Whitney, TX. on Jan. 8, 1935 to Mary and Floyd L. Moore. She is survived by her mother, Mary Odom Moore, her aunt, Eunice Odom Baker, her sister, La Jean Moore Overton and husband Oliver Roy, niece Tammy Overton, nephew Larry Overton and wife, Kathi, their sons, Brent and Blake, and numerous other relatives and dear friends. She was preceded in death by her husband of 39 years, John Earl Miller. Ms. Miller graduated from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, TX. She followed in her mother?s and aunt?s footsteps by becoming an educator. She served as an assistant principal in the Castleberry ISD until her retirement.
