Elizabeth Baffic

Elizabeth Marie "Liz" Baffic, 64, of Whitney passed away at her residence on December 29, 20004. She was the daughter of Harry M. and Lois Saul Bennett. Liz married Stephen John Baffic on March 4, 1977 in Denver, CO. She had lived in Denver for 17 years; New Jersey for 10 years; Harlingen, TX for 4 years and in Whtney since 1996. She was vice president of L & S Trucking Company for 27 years; worked at the Blind Vet Rehab Center in the Waco VA hospital; taught quilting and had won many first place awards nationwide. She had been a member of First Church of the Nazarene since 1997 and was a member of the Branchburg, New Jersey Eastern Star. Survivors include her husband, Stephen J. Baffic of Whitney; mother, Lois Castell of Denver, CO; children, Stephen P. Baffic and wife, Jo Ann of McDonough, GA, Robert M. Baffic and wife, Cordy of Glen Mills, PA; sister, Joyce Davia and husband, Michael of Bloomfield, CO; granddaughters, Tally Baffic of Glen Mills, PA and Hallie Baffic of McDonough, GA.
