Eugene Wendell Freeman

Eugene Wendell Freeman, age 70 of Morgan, Texas passed away Tuesday, June 20, 2023, in Waco at Providence Health Care Center. He will truly be missed by family, friends, and loved ones that knew him.

Eugene was born December 10, 1952, in Waco, Texas to Wendell Freeman and Sarah Elizabeth (Davis) Vickers. He married his wife Brenda Freeman, and they shared many loving years together. Eugene loved racing, anything fast, and anything outdoors. His family and friends meant the world to him, he loved them dearly. Eugene also drove a truck from a very young age and retired from Yellow Freight Company out of Waco, Texas.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Sarah Elizabeth Davis Vickers; father, Wendell Freeman; stepfather, Bob Vickers; and brother, Robert L. Freeman.

Eugene is survived by his wife, Brenda Freeman; daughter, Kristie Ann Freeman and husband Tony Lopez; and grandson, Jareth Lane Freeman.
