Faye R. Anderson

Biography

Faye R. McFarland Anderson, 84 of Whitney passed away on December 11, 2011.

She will be laid to rest at El Cajon Cemetery in El Cajon, California at a later date.

Faye was born on February 14, 1927 in Thompson, Georgia to Baxter and Fannie Louise
Simon Reese. She lived in El Cajon for 50 plus years moving to Texas 3 years ago to be closer to her family. Faye had worked as a realtor, was a member of the Eastern Star, Moose Lodge, Elks Lodge, Red Hat Society and Beta Sigma Phi. She was of the Baptist faith.

Preceding her in death were her parents; 2 husbands, James Phillip McFarland, Sr., Harold L. Anderson; grandson, Jim Cisco McFarland, 2 sisters, Louise and Nadine and 1 brother, Jim Reese.

Survivors include her sons, Jim McFarland and wife Josie of Whitney, John McFarland of Antioch, California; sister, Barbara Diaz of Sunnyside, Washington; 3 granddaughters, 4 great grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
