Faye Cypert

Faye Cypert, 93, of Salt Lake City, Utah went to Heaven on Tuesday, February 25, 2014, in Utah. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM,Thursday, March 6, 2014, at Marshall & Marshall Funeral Directors Chapel in Whitney. Burial will follow at Whitney Memorial Park in Whitney.

Faye was happily reunited with her husband, two sons and other loved ones on Tuesday. An amazing lady, she was loved by all that knew her. She was happily married for almost 63 years to the love of her life, Robert Cypert, Jr. Faye was a devoted wife and mother to her sons, Robert III and Timothy, and daughter Vickie.

Born in South Dakota, she enjoyed living on a farm with her parents and 5 siblings. Another infant brother preceded her in death. Faye found great enjoyment in being a teacher in South Dakota, as well as later being a substitute teacher while in Wyoming. She had such a gift that she was able to help a young man in South Dakota who was struggling to achieve straight A's.

Faye always found great pride in her family and friends, and she always put them above all else. Some of Faye's favorite things included going to Liberty Park and her Friends Unlimited group, watching the Utah Jazz and always staying current by reading the newspaper.

An amazing person and truly one of a kind, she will be sorely missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her. She is survived by her only daughter and best friend, Vickie Faye Cypert. Heaven has gained a beautiful, blue-eyed angel who will be watching over all whom she loved.
