Federico Ramirez

Federico Ramirez, 44, of Whitney passed away Tuesday, July 10, 2018, at his residence. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, July 14, 2018, at Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Church in Hillsboro with Father Ouseph Thekkumthala as celebrant. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Garden of Memory. Rosary will be recited at 6:00 p.m. Friday, July 13, at Marshall & Marshall Funeral Directors Chapels in Hillsboro, with visitation to follow until 8:00 p.m.

Born July 9, 1974, in Mexico, he was the son of Alfonso and Luisa (Rea) Ramirez. He grew up in Mexico and moved to Hillsboro in 1991. In 1993, Federico was united in marriage to Pilar Olarte. For several years, he was employed at Universal Forest Products in Grandview as a supervisor.

Survivors include his wife, Pilar Ramirez of Whitney; parents, Alfonso and Luisa Ramirez of Hillsboro; three children, Lesley Ramirez, Fredrick Ramirez, and Aaron Ramirez, all of Hillsboro; grandson, Isaac Taylor; two brothers, Rolando Ramirez and Felix Ramirez, both of Hillsboro; and three sisters, Apolonia Ramirez, Alba Ramirez, and Ana Ramirez, all of Hillsboro.
