Felix Schulz

Felix was the son of Herman and Emma Kaddatz Schulz. He was baptized March 30, 1924 at Salem Lutheran Church in Malone and was confirmed there on April 10, 1938. His confirmation verse was Matthew 6:33. On December 14, 1944, he married Adeline Emma Sonnenburg in Malone. She preceded him in death on April 15, 1998. Felix worked for Hillsboro ISD in the maintenance department until his retirement. He was an avid farmer and gardener. Also preceding him in death were his parents, and 2 brothers, Eddie Schulz and Walter Schulz. He was a member of Christ Lutheran Church in Hillsboro. Survivors include: daughter, Terri Ramirez and husband Louis of Hillsboro; brother, Bill Schulz of Midwest City, OK; sister, Marie Sonnenburg of Brenham, TX; 3 grandchildren, Michelle Ramirez of Fredericksburg, Virginia, Amber Henry and husband Jim of Whitney, and Chance Ramirez of Hillsboro; 4 great grandchildren, Adeline Henry, Haley Henry, Emma Jane Henry and James Thomas Henry of Whitney; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
