Geneva Henry Williams, 86, of Bedford died Tuesday, December 23, 2008, at Park Wood Health Care in Bedford. Geneva was born December 24, 1921 in the Mayfield Community in Hill County, Texas the daughter of John and Pearl Hamilton Hilton. She grew up and attended school in the Mayfield Community. As a young woman, she lived in Bakersfield, CA during WWII. Following the war, she traveled by train to Fort Worth to marry Roland Henry. They lived in Fort Worth where they raised their family. For 20 years she worked as the cafeteria manager for the Fort Worth Public Schools. She relocated to Whitney in the early 1980's and lived there until returning to Fort Worth in 2004. She loved ranching and working outdoors. Hard work and raising her kids were her passion. She was of the Baptist faith and had attended Cedar Creek Baptist Church in the Huron Community. Preceding her in death were her parents; three husbands, Roland Henry, Marvin Harris, and Loyd Williams; daughter, Linda Jean Henry; three brothers, Brian, Bert, and John Hilton; and two sisters, Louise Hight and Gladys Condreary. Survivors include two sons, Kenneth Henry and wife, Sharon, of Colleyville and Ronnie Henry and wife, Carol, of Godley; four grandchildren, Robin Moran, Amy Mozingo, Andrea Eddy, and Ryan Henry; six great-grandchildren; and a number of beloved nieces and nephews.
