Glenn Rickey

Glenn Rickey, 66, of Whitney passed away on August 30, 2005 in Hillsboro. He was the son of Roy William Rickey and Norwilla Louise Stitzel Rickey. He lived in Oklahoma City until 1969, moving to Fort Worth until 1993 and then moved to Whitney. On August 7, 1959, Glenn married Carolyn King in Oklahoma City. He had worked for Alcon Laboratories as product manager for 30 years. Glenn was an active member and deacon of First Baptist Church in Whitney and a member of the Giddeons. Survivorsinclude his wife, Carolyn of Whitney; children, Anne Cunningham and husband, Dennis of Radford, Virginia, Amy Hughes of Orlando, Florida, Juli Lesko and husband, Ken of Rockford, Illinois; sisters, Anita Clowers and husband, Richard of Dallas, Rebecca Rickey of Arlington; grandchildren, Natalie Cunningham, David Cunningham, Bonnie Cunningham, Shawn Lesko, Shannen Lesko, Amanda Abel-Abad, Patrick Abel, Ryan Abel; great grandson: Damien Abel-Abad; several nieces and nephews.
