Harold Campbell

Harold Gene Jack Campbell, 71, of Bynum, Texas passed away July 11, 2008 at his residence. He was the son of Eddie Earl and Lydia Dovie Donahew Campbell. He moved to Bynum in 1945 and graduated from high school there. On September 13, 1955, he married Bettye Jean Gillen in Blooming Grove. Following marriage, he lived in Hillsboro until moving to Bynum in 1962. He then worked for Safeway in Hillsboro for a number of years. Later he owned and operated Jack Campbell Horseshoeing for over 30 years. He also broke and trained horses for many years. He was happiest working and watching his kids and grandkids in their activities. He was a member of the Bynum Church of Christ. He was preceded in death by his parents. Survivors include his wife, Bettye; children, Hank Campbell and wife, Sharon, Tina Campbell; grandchildren, Angie and Shane Campbell all of Bynum and many cousins and friends.
