Helene Donoho

Helene Donoho, 88, of Whitney died June 25, 2004 in Hillsboro. She was the youngest daughter of Captain Edward and Effie McLish Reid. She married John Bransford "Jay" Donoho, Jr. on January 3, 1940 and he preceded her in death on June 25, 1983. She had traveled with her husband through out the United States while with the military and working for General Motors. She had lived in Whitney since the early 1950's. She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Mrs. Fred "Nettie" Thara; niece, Cathy Thara; brother, Captain Roland Reid and nephew, Jerry Reid. Survivors include her brother, Captain Edward Reid and wife, Edith of Canada; several neices and nephews.
