Henry Bratcher

Henry Allen ?Bratch? Bratcher, 89, of Hillsboro, died Sunday, October 2, 2005, at Hill Regional Hospital in Hillsboro. Allen was born June 26, 1916 in McKinney the son of William Ragland and Ella Agnes Godwin Bratcher. He lived in Hillsboro most of his life. On June 5, 1974 he married Lila Bell Frank. For 19 years he worked as a fireman in Hillsboro and worked for over 10 years at Marshall & Marshall Funeral Directors. During WWII he served in the U. S. Army, stationed at the Gilbert Islands for four years. He was a member of Central Baptist Church in Hillsboro. Survivors include his wife, Lila Bell Bratcher of Hillsboro; daughter, Lu Ann McCoy of Kentucky; granddaughter, Mandi Snider of Ohio; and great-granddaughter, Autumn Marie Snider.
