Henry Finley

Henry Hank Finley, 70 of Whitney passed away on January 20, 2010 in Whitney. Hank was born on December 4, 1939 in Teague; the son of the late Vernon Lee and Margarete Virginia Terry Finley. He served his country in the United States Army. He worked as a lineman and foreman in telephone communications for several years. Hank was a member of Prairie Valley Baptist Church. On July 25, 1980, he married Johnnie Ruth Satterwhite and she preceded him in death on May 31, 2003. He was also preceded in death by his brother, Willie. Survivors include his two stepsons, Randy Satterwhite and wife Carol, Jeff Satterwhite and wife Vicki all of Laguna Park; brothers, Charles Finley and wife Ruth, of Coolidge, John Finley and wife Kim of Teague, Richard Finley and wife Kathie of Teague; sister, Cathy Oliver of Wortham; 5 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
