Inez Allen

Inez Allen, 96 passed away on August 16, 2007 in Whitney, Texas. She was the daughter of Samuel Smith and Lula Jane Cupp Mayfield. On October 29, 1933 she married Jesse Oliver Allen in Whitney and he preceded her in death on June 10, 1986. She was a homemaker and a member of the Church of Christ. Also preceding her in death were her parents; son, Duane Allen and a grandson, Chris Allen. Survivors include her son, Milton Allen and wife, Maudane of Canton; daughter-in-law, Serena Allen of Whitney; 4 grandsons, Keith, Brad, Craig and Ricky Allen; 11 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild; many nephews and nieces including a special niece, Oleta White who was raised as a sister.
