J. B. Bradburry

Mr. Bradburry, age 84 of Aquilla was the son of Calvin Bradburry and Edna Huggins and was born on February 8, 1926 in Axtell, Texas. He went to be with his Lord on November 11, 2010 in Whitney. was . He accepted the Lord at an early age. Mr. Bradburry served his Country from June 1944 to April 1946 in the Unitd States Army. He was decorated with Asiatic-Pacific Campaign Ribbon with 1 Bronze Star victory ribbon and two overseas service bars. He worked in the cotton fields and worked for Godfey Propane as a truck driver. He married Sue Ellen Thomas and she preceded him in death on August 12, 2000. Mr. Bradburry is survived by eight children: Shirley Dawson, Wayne Bradburry, Janie Cooper, Connie Parks, Brenda Fullingum, Edith Moseley, Bethany Struth and Rick Bradburry. He is also survived by step-daughter Mildred Tucker, devoted granddaughter, Susan Malone and her husband Len of Whitney, and great-great granddaughter Malinda Tucker and a great-great-great granddaughter, ShayLa Tucker and a host of other grandchildren and relatives.
