James Green

James Green 80, of Lake Whitney, passed away on Friday, November 4, 2016 at a Waco hospital. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, November 12, 2016 at Our Lady of the Lake Episcopal Church in Laguna Park under the direction of Marshall and Marshall Funeral Directors. Burial will be at Houston National Cemetery on Monday, November 14, 2016.

James was born on November 17, 1935 in Haskell, Texas to the late James L. and Francis D. (Burge) Green. On July 1,1967 he was united in marriage to Nancy Lee Kienzle in Dallas, Texas. He served his country in United States Army.

Preceding him in death were his parents; brothers, Buddy and Don Green; grandson, Alan J. Stokes; in-laws, Kenneth and Evelyn Kienzle.

Survivors include his wife, Nancy Green; children, Kellie Harris and husband, Myson, Michael Green and wife, Robbin; brothers, Clifford and Alton; sisters, Artie, Joanne, Lena and Frankie; grandchildren, Tehya Harris, Ariel Harris, Mykia Green, Stormie Green, Michael Green Jr. And Devin Pitts; great-grandchildren, Braxton and Bailey;

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Our Lady of the Lake Episcopal Church, P.O. Box 5555, Laguna Park, TX 76644.
