Janie Treadwell

Janie Treadwell, 67, of Hillsboro died Friday, April 14, 2006, at Hill Regional Hospital in Hillsboro. Janie was born October 25, 1938 in Houston, Texas, where she grew up, the daughter of D. J. and Mary Strokos Kirk. On October 7, 1968 she married Bob Treadwell. For 33 years she worked as a court reporter for the 66th District Court in Hillsboro before retiring in 2004. She worked for Paw Pals since her retirement. Survivors include her husband, Bob Treadwell of Hillsboro; and her daughter, Ginny Treadwell Siscoe and husband, Randy, of Green Bay, Wisconsin.
